I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Lecturer. I am affiliated to Cardiff University and the Institute of Psychiatry in London.
I engage with the public about psychology, mental health and advances in mental health research. This site gives a taste of what I do.
I wrote a book called “How Sadness Survived” which explores the upside of being down. In the pipeline: “Psychitecture” and “A brief history of the mind”.
